Handyperson

Are you an experienced Handyperson, seeking your next contract in the Plymouth area? My client has an immediate opportunity for a Handyperson to join their property maintenance team on an initial interim basis. The successful applicant will be comfortable working independently in occupied and void domestic settings.      Responsibilities: As part of a friendly and dedicated team, you will support in managing repairs requests and general minor works as required You will be provided with a company vehicle and travel around a small geographic area to tenanted properties to carry out works Working to your planned diary, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs and minor works either singularly or as a team for roles including: loft insulation, installation of shower screens, replacement of silicone around bathrooms, clearing gutters, putting to together furniture, hanging blinds and doors Requirements: Full, clean driving licence Willing to complete a DBS Experience in a similar role or within a skilled trade role is advantageous    To apply, please attach a copy of your CV
