We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen operation within our private members club. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to elevate the club’s Food & Beverage offering and make a real impact.

Responsibilities of Head Chef
Lead and develop the kitchen team.
Create and deliver high-quality, seasonal menus.
Manage food costs, stock control, and kitchen budgets.
Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation standards.
Ensure compliance with all food safety and health & safety regulations.
Work closely with senior management to enhance the member experience.
About you
Previous Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Passion for quality food and menu development.
A hands-on approach and commitment to high standards.
