Head of Pricing
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full pricing strategy across all revenue streams, ensuring alignment with wider business goals, growth ambitions, and SaaS best practices
Develop, implement, and oversee a partner commission structure that supports consistency and scalable growth across partner relationships
Establish and maintain a robust pricing framework, including a comprehensive price book and cost model, to enhance speed, consistency, and ease of selling
Assess pricing models across product portfolios, considering the commercial implications of platform and hosting evolution
Collaborate closely with Product, Finance, Sales, Legal, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on commercial and contractual matters
Carry out ongoing market research to track competitor pricing, industry developments, and emerging packaging and monetisation strategies
Deliver regular insights and reporting on pricing performance against key KPIs to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders
Requirements:
Degree and/or relevant professional qualification in Finance, Business,
Demonstrable experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or a senior pricing leadership role
Proven track record of designing and implementing pricing, packaging, and monetisation strategies from concept through to execution and performance analysis
Strong understanding of revenue structures, pricing governance, and reporting at board level
Experience working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders across Product, Finance, Sales, Legal, and Marketing
Advanced Excel capabilities, including financial modelling, scenario analysis, and margin/ROI assessment
