Our client is currently recruiting for a Head of Transformation to lead and deliver on a five-year transformation strategy across digital adoption, innovation, and cultural change. The head of Transformation will have a proven track record of delivering strategic programmes, demonstrating expertise in transformation management and cultural change Key Responsibilities for the Head of Transformation Lead and deliver the overall 5-year transformation strategy ensuring programmes are on time, on budget, and deliver measurable impact. Translate strategic goals into practical, deliverable projects that improve reach, efficiency, and outcomes. Act as a key advisor to the Strategy Steering Group influencing key decision making and prioritisation Champion a digital-first culture - embedding technology, data, and AI into service delivery, supporter engagement, and operational processes. Analyse current business processes to identify opportunities for automation, simplification and improved impact Develop plans to implement and drive organisational change, including adoption of digital and the use of AIExperience and background for the Head of Transformation Successful implementation of the 5-year strategy based on delivering to annual objectives, KPIs and milestones, resulting in increased capacity, reach, impact and income Digital tools and processes embedded, adopted, and delivering measurable efficiencies. Successful implementation of new digital and data projects. Improved data quality informing decision making and building insight.
