Head Porter

Head Porter Monday to Friday, 8.30am till 5pm London NW8 £35,000 - £50,000 (live in/out dependant) Our clients have a high end highly reputable private residential development in St Johns Wood. There is an opportunity for a Live-in position which will come with a one bedroom accommodation and living expenses paid with a salary of £35,000. There is consideration on a non-live in basis with a salary range of £45,000 to £50,000 depending on experience levels. In order to qualify for this position whether on a live in or live out basis all applicants must have held a similar position previously and have a strong proven track record and history of leading, managing and motivating a small team of staff. You would be responsible for the on-site staff, overseeing the day-to-day operations, and ensuring that all services and activities are carried out efficiently, meeting the standards and requirements of the company. Must be assertive, organised and excellent at managing relationships between staff, residents, contractors and managing agent. Must have excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal skills. Main duties will be to ensure the provision of excellent concierge services at the development, build strong working relationships with residents, guests, external contractors and colleagues, conduct regular site inspections and operations, act as the main point of contact for all queries from residents and guests, and help to ensure the safety of all residents, guest and staff at the development. The Head Porter must have basic knowledge of building maintenance systems, an understanding of the principal aspects of leaseholders and landlords covenants under the terms of their Leases and a working knowledge of Health and Safety to include COSHH and RIDDOR and carrying out risk assessments
