Health & Safety Lead  Monday - Friday  Salary £42,000  Excellent Company Benefits  If you are a Health and Safety Lead looking for your next challenge and thrive in a busy manufacturing company, we have the role for you !! You will be responsible for developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures and overseeing all things Health and Safety within our clients manufacturing company so previous experience within manufacturing is must. You will be where you will be shaping safety standards as well as audits and inspections and delivering health and safety programmes to employees. The Role of a Health and Safety Lead Ensure compliance across the whole site, and deal with non-compliance where applicable Update Health & Safety policies and procedures Risk assessment and Hazard control ie: identify potential dangers, faulty equipment Toolbox talks sharing best practice across the site Risk Assessments have been completed and reviewed Incident investigation Complete Audits and Inspections Promote health and safety culture Requirements of a Health and Safety Lead Minimum 3 years’ experience within Health and Safety in a Manufacturing environment NEBOSH qualification is a MUST Strong communication skills both verbal and written Attention to detail Knowledge of ISO 45001 Health and Safety Management system Experience in audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives Strong up to date knowledge of health and safety legislation Benefits For a Health and Safety Lead: Up to £42,000 depending on experience Monday to Friday Days (1:30pm finish on Fridays) 34 days annual leave Shutdown over Christmas and New Year Career Growth Private Healthcare Much more… How To Apply: If you are an experienced Health and Safety Lead and want to apply for this position, call the permanent recruitment team on (phone number removed) or click apply
