Health & Safety Manager – Construction (Part-Time / Flexible) Salary: £60,000 (pro rata) Location: Liverpool Hours: 3 days per week or 30 hours – whichever suits you Contract: Permanent Are you an experienced Health & Safety professional who wants a rewarding role without the full-time hours? You’ll be trusted to manage your own time, lead change and create a safer, smarter working environment. What You’ll Be Doing · Leading the development and delivery of the company’s Health & Safety strategy across all sites · Acting as the day-to-day expert for all H&S matters · Maintaining and improving HSEQ management systems · Providing guidance, coaching and support to operational teams · Driving continuous improvement across multiple locations · Overseeing insurance claims and managing third-party relationships · Developing policies, standards and training to embed best practice · Ensuring compliance with ISO, COSHH, LOLER and other regulatory requirements Who We’re Looking For You’ll thrive in this role if you are: · Passionate about influencing people and encouraging positive safety behaviours · Confident engaging teams at all levels · Highly organised with great attention to detail · Able to manage competing priorities across several sites · Someone who enjoys autonomy and wants to shape HSEQ across a growing business A NEBOSH qualification is desirable but not essential if you have strong practical experience.
