Malmesbury Lawn Contract Type: Temporary Salary: £13.31 to £24.61 Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of older adults? Malmesbury Lawn is a warm and welcoming residential care home dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centred care for our 35 residents. We are currently looking for compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. What is the day-to-day of the role: Provide compassionate personal care and emotional support Assist with mobility, meals, and daily routines Work collaboratively with nurses and other care professionals Help maintain a clean, safe, and friendly environment Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleaguesRequired Skills and Qualifications A genuine passion for caring for others Good communication and teamwork skills At least 6 months UK care experience within the last 3 years A positive attitude and a kind heart Care training certificates including Safeguarding, Health & Safety and more (not necessary as full training can be provided on application)Connect2Hampshire is a trading style of Hampshire & Kent Commercial Services LLP - A joint venture between Hampshire County Council & Commercial Services Kent Ltd.
