Helpdesk Administrator
Helpdesk Administrator – Paisley Office Based | Up to £30,000 We are recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator to join a growing facilities management team based in Paisley. This role plays a key part in managing reactive & planned maintenance requests and supporting the smooth running of the helpdesk function. You will be part of a small, supportive team, so we are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Previous experience within Facilities Management or a Helpdesk environment would be advantageous, but we are also keen to speak with candidates who have a strong administrative background and excellent organisational skills. The Role * Manage and log reactive & planned maintenance requests from clients * Allocate jobs to engineers and subcontractors * Monitor progress of works and ensure updates are communicated * Maintain accurate records within internal systems * Liaise with engineers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure jobs are completed efficiently * Support the wider team with general administrative tasks What We’re Looking For * Strong administrative experience within a busy environment * Excellent organisation and communication skills * Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks * Confident working both independently and as part of a team * Previous FM or Helpdesk experience would be beneficial but not essential What’s on Offer * Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience * Office-based role in Paisley * Opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team * Work within a fast-paced and growing FM environment Apply now with an up-to-date CV or get in touch for a confidential chat
