Our client, a growing and innovative organisation, is looking for a proactive Helpdesk Analyst to join their IT support team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about technology and problem-solving to gain hands-on experience while supporting users and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Providing first-line technical support to users via phone, email, or ticketing systems

* Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues

* Logging and tracking incidents and service requests through the helpdesk system

* Escalating complex technical issues to senior IT staff when necessary

* Assisting with system setup, user account management, and access permissions

* Supporting IT projects, upgrades, and maintenance activities

What We’re Looking For:

* A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not essential)

* Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and operating systems

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple support requests

* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies
