Helpdesk Operator
Role Summary
Candidate needs solid administrative experience or some entry-level exposure to CAFM.
This role is based on reception and includes answering calls, greeting visitors, assigning jobs through the CAFM system, and carrying out quality checks once those jobs are completed.
Because of this, site ideally need candidates with Facilities, Helpdesk, and CAFM experience rather than managerial-level backgrounds.
Requirements:
DBS basic
Ideally someone with a CAFM background
A knowledge or background of helpdesk would be beneficial, knowledge of CAFM systems & Maximo is ideal, Knowledge of Microsoft office, excel & outlook.
