HGV 2 HIAB Grab Driver

Are you a skilled and safety‑focused HGV 2 Driver with a valid GRAB HIAB accreditation? We’re looking for a reliable HIAB Grab Driver to join a busy logistics team delivering building and landscaping materials to commercial and residential customers across the region. Other client sites: Glasgow Govan, Glasgow Rutherglen, Paisley, Greenock What You’ll Be Doing * Operate a HGV Class 2 vehicle fitted with a remote‑controlled HIAB crane (Grab) to make safe, timely multi‑drop deliveries. * Carry out daily walk‑around vehicle and crane safety checks, reporting any defects promptly. * Load and unload materials using the HIAB grab attachment, safeguarding both products and property. * Accurately complete all delivery paperwork and maintain up‑to‑date digital records. * Deliver excellent customer service at all delivery points, representing the business professionally. * Adhere to drivers’ hours regulations, transport safety standards, and industry best practices. What We’re Looking For ✔ Valid UK HGV Class 2 driving licence ✔ HIAB Grab licence ✔ Current Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card ✔ Strong understanding of vehicle safety checks and road transport legislation ✔ Professional, customer‑orientated manner and a reliable work ethic ✔ Previous HIAB experience preferred but not essential (training support optional depending on site/team
