Class 1 Driver (4 on 4 off) – Newton Aycliffe

Velocity recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 1 (HGV C+E) Driver on behalf of our client based in Newton Aycliffe. This is an excellent opportunity offering a temp-to-perm position after 12 weeks for the right candidate.

The Role:

4 on 4 off shift pattern
Average 12-hour shifts
Start times available between:

16:00 – 18:00
00:00 – 02:00

Collecting loaded trailers from Warrington
Delivering to retail stores
Involves cage work and some handball
Pay Rate:

£202.98 per shift
Requirements:

Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence held for minimum 1 year
Valid CPC and Digi Tacho card
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Comfortable with physical work including handball
