Apply NowThe Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Lockerbie area. We are looking for multiple HGV Class 1 Drivers (CAT C+E) to join the team.
Shifts Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours/ start times available:
* 17:00pm start
* 18:30pm start
Pay Rate : £16.40 per hour PAYE
Location: Lockerbie, DG11 2HR
Job Type: Ongoing with an opportunity for permanent for the right candidate.
The role:
* Trunking trailers for major parcel companies.
* Ongoing work with the opportunity for permanent employment for the right candidate.
* Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service during interactions with customers.
* Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
* Full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement (category C+E).
* 1 years’ experience required
* Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
* Maximum of 6 penalty points on your driving licence (minor offences only).
* Ability to work independently and efficiently on long-haul runs.
* Reliable, professional, and committed to high safety standards.
* Full understanding of WTD legislation.
* Excellent communication skills.
