* Delivery and collection of goods.
* Ensure compliance with driver hours regulations.
* Complete vehicle checks and defect reporting.
* Maintain accurate transport documentation.
* Operate refrigerated and curtain-sided trailers.
* Load security and safe transportation of goods.
* Follow customer site procedures.
* Adhere to health and safety requirements.
* Assist with loading and unloading when required.
* Maintain vehicle cleanliness.
* Occasional overnight stays.
* Operate specialist trailers where required.
* Work flexibly to meet operational demands.
Requirements
* Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence.
* Driver CPC qualification.
* Digital Tachograph Card.
* Previous Class 1 driving experience.
* Good knowledge of UK transport legislation.
* Strong safety awareness.
* Reliable and punctual.
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to work independently.
* Physically fit for manual handling tasks.
* Flexible approach to working hours.
* Experience with refrigerated transport desirable.
* Forklift experience advantageous.
* PSV licence advantageous but not essential.
* Overtime available.
* Overnight allowances.
* Company pension scheme.
