Hgv Class 2 Driver

365 People are currently recruiting a Class 2 Driver on a temporary basis for one of our valued clients based in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced driver looking for a stable, long-term role with a reputable company.

The Role

* Varied start times depending on delivery schedules

* Monday to Friday (occasional night outs required – max 2 per week)

* Multi-drop deliveries involving handball (both loose and palletised goods)

* Some heavy lifting may be required

Requirements

* Minimum 12 months Class 2 driving experience

* Valid licence with no major endorsements or bans (maximum 6 points)

* Must be able to drive manual vehicles

* Good timekeeping and reliability are essential

* Willingness to complete handball and manual work

* Willingness to night out. Maximum twice a week

Pay & Benefits

* £17.00 per hour once full-time

* £25 per night out plus up to £25 parking allowance (with receipts)

* 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays once permanent

* Ongoing training and support, including weekly sessions to help with loose deliveries
