HGV Drivers

The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Nottingham area. We are looking for multiple HGV Drivers to join the team.

Shifts: Typically across Monday to Friday but weekend work also may be a requirement

Roles:

* HGV Class 1 - Linehaul runs

* HGV Class 2 - Bulk runs

Start Times:

* Days - between 7am - 10am starts (bulk runs)

* Afters - between 12pm - 10pm starts (linehaul runs)

Pay Rate:

*

Bulk runs - £15.83 per hour

*

Linehaul runs - £17.79 per hour (between 6am -10pm) & £18.29 per hour (between 10pm - 6am)

Location: Nottingham

Job Type: Ad-hoc / Temp / Ongoing

The role:

* Bulk runs - Multi-drop delivery (loading and loading required)

*

Linehaul runs - Performing trunk runs to the HUB

Requirements:

*

Full UK driving licence with Class 1 or 2 entitlement (category C&E & C).

*

Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.

*

6 months minimum experience on the relevant vehicle.

*

No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).

*

Full understanding of WTD legislation.

*

Be prepared to undertake a short driving assessment for the position.

*

Excellent communication skills.

*

A safety-first mindset.
