HGV Mechanic - £45,900 + overtime – Doncaster – 10 hour shifts Monday to Friday The job: As the HGV Mechanic, you will be working with one of the UKs leading recycling and renewable energy manufacturers, you will be part of a maintenance team working on their fleet of HGVs and a range of factory vehicles. You will work with new and old vehicles, inspecting, reporting, repairing and servicing. This includes inspecting and conducting pre-MOT checks to DVSA/VOSA standards and completing paperwork in accordance. Requirements: You will have proven experience as an HGV mechanic and in order to safely move the vehicles around, the HGV Class C+E licence is essential along with an industry recognised qualification, either City & Guilds or NVQ L3. Benefits: The basic salary for the HGV Mechanic is £45,900 plus O/T at x1.5 Hours: 10 hour shifts, Monday to Friday, on a 2 week rota (48hr wk) Week 1: 6am to 4pm finishing at 2pm on Fridays Week 2: 2pm to 10pm finishing at 8 on Fridays Holidays: 25 days plus BH Pension: Company contributions min of 7% up to 10% Extras: Employee assistance program, free parking, on a bus route, near to the train station Environment: Industrial, processing plant, can be a dirty environment, all PPE supplied Future: Expanding business, excellent opportunities Travail Employment Group is operating as an employment agency
