Apply NowOur HGV Shunters are a key part of our depot operation, working closely with the Shunting Supervisor, Team Leaders, and Warehouse Team to keep everything running smoothly.
We're looking for a motivated and reliable individual who can work independently, stay focused in a busy environment, and confidently identify and report any issues. If you're proactive, safety-conscious, and enjoy being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay: £16.15 per hour
Job Type: Permanent Contract
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off
Hours: 39.4

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing:
Transport goods between local sites, ensuring all items arrive in perfect condition
Comply with all road safety regulations and company procedures
Complete delivery documentation accurately and promptly
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any defects or issues
Communicate effectively with depot teams and the transport office
Report any accidents, damages, or safety concerns promptly
A Few Things About You:
Current and Valid CPC and DIGI TACHO
No more than 6 penalty points (no IN, DR Or DD Codes)
Excellent level of English
Good timekeeping
Previous experience as a Class 1 Driver (desirable)
