We are recruiting an experienced PSV Technician to join a busy, well-equipped workshop with a respected and established bus operator in Berkshire. If you’re looking for strong hourly pay, a structured shift pattern, and a modern fleet to work on — this is the role for you.   What You’ll Be Doing as HGV Technician Carrying out routine inspections, servicing and repairs on PSV vehicles Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical and electronic faults Completing driver defect work efficiently and accurately Using tablet-based systems to record all work completed Maintaining high safety standards in line with company and industry regulations What We’re Looking for HGV Technician NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in PSV/HGV Maintenance & Repair OR minimum 5 years’ proven hands-on PSV/HGV experience IRTEC Vehicle Inspector qualification (or willingness to gain within 6 months) Ability to work independently and manage your own workload PCV licence advantageous (not essential) Reliable, flexible and safety-focused Why Apply for the role of HGV Technician Excellent hourly rate – £27.72 4 on / 4 off shift pattern for better work-life balance Modern fleet and well-equipped workshop Stable, long-term opportunity So, if this role of HGV Technician is of interest, please apply today
