The Role As a Senior HGV Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a fleet of heavy goods vehicles to the highest standards. Your work will be essential in ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance. Key responsibilities include: * Carrying out routine maintenance, servicing, and inspections * Diagnosing faults using the latest diagnostic equipment * Performing repairs on engines, gearboxes, brakes, and electrical systems * Ensuring all work meets DVSA and company standards * Completing job cards and documentation accurately * Supporting MOT preparation and testing What We’re Looking For * Proven experience as a Senior HGV Technician or HGV Mechanic * Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred) * Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills * A proactive, can-do attitude with attention to detail * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * A valid HGV licence (desirable but not essential) What We Offer * Competitive salary (dependent on experience) * Comprehensive benefit scheme * Modern workshop with up-to-date equipment * Ongoing training and career development * Opportunity to work as a manager/training apprentices IF desired
