Complete all service and maintenance work within manufacturer timeframes, ensuring quality and efficiency
Conduct comprehensive diagnosis and repairs of HGV malfunctions
Support colleagues with technical issues and innovations
Document diagnosis, repairs, safety inspections, and service activities accurately
Promote the company's professional image and customer satisfaction
Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and health and safety standardsRequirements:
Fully qualified HGV Technician with NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
Practical post-qualification experience highly desirable
Strong technical skills, with the ability to diagnose complex faults
A committed team player with high-quality work standards
Ability to work efficiently within a busy workshop environment
Motivated to achieve targets and contribute to team success
