Job Title: Fully Qualified Level 3 HGV Technician Overview: We are seeking a Fully Qualified Level 3 HGV Technician to join our team on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern. This is a permanent role offering competitive pay, excellent work–life balance, and regular opportunities for overtime. Working Pattern: * 4 on / 4 off shift pattern * Four 12-hour shifts: 8:00am – 8:00pm * Includes all Bank Holidays except Christmas Day and Boxing Day * Additional and flexible overtime hours available Salary & Benefits: * £43,000 – £45,000 per annum (depending on experience and skill set) * Annual pay review every March, with any uplift paid from 1st April * Overtime paid at £23.00 per hour * 20 days paid holiday Key Requirements: * Fully Qualified Level 3 HGV Technician * Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills * IT-savvy, as the role is fully paperless * Confident using tablets for all administrative and job-related tasks
