Job Title: High-End Residential - Site Manager Start Date: April 2026 Duration: Ongoing Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Rate: £300 - £325+ per day DOE Type: Contract (CIS) Location: Central London Role: 4Site Recruitment is seeking a Site Manager for a high-end residential project in Central London. Responsibilities: Plan, organise, and manage day-to-day site operations Coordinate subcontractors and workforce on site Monitor progress to ensure project milestones are met Ensure quality of work meets project specifications Manage health and safety compliance on site Liaise with client, project manager, and design teams Track materials, deliveries, and site resources Resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently Requirements: Experience working on high-end residential projects Experience with luxury refurbishments, extensions, or new builds 4 - 5 years in a similar Site Manager role Knowledge of residential construction processes and finishes Health and Safety awareness Reliable and punctual Essential Qualifications / Tickets: SMSTS CSCS First Aid at Work Interview Process: Two-stage interview How to Apply: Please email your CV through to  - Suitable candidates will be contacted immediately due to the urgent start date
