Highways Supervisor

Supervisor – Highways Maintenance JML Jobmatcha are looking for an experienced Highways Supervisor to join their team in Kent ASAP. This is a hands-on role, supervising teams on pothole maintenance, routine works, winter maintenance, and emergency responses. Key Responsibilities: * Plan, organise, and execute daily operational works efficiently * Supervise operational teams to meet productivity, quality, and safety targets * Manage plant, fleet, and equipment, minimizing damage and maximizing efficiency * Monitor team skills and coordinate training and development with the Area Manager * Ensure compliance with safety procedures and deliver toolbox talks * Use bespoke software to track costs, productivity, and KPI reporting Requirements: * Minimum 5 years’ experience in highways or civil maintenance * SSSTS, Streetworks, and CSCS card required * Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Pay: PAYE Direct: £20.50 – £23.00 per hour Umbrella: £26.75 – £30.00 per hour Apply now with your CV if you are intersted in the Highways Supervisor role
