Salary: £ 42,000 to £45,000 + Call out OTE £50k
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Our client is looking for a skilled HIU Engineer to join their team, covering North London.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within commercial and residential properties.
In return the company will offer you a Company Van with fuel card and stock provided.
Responsibilities:
* Installation of HIU systems including all pipework
* Record accurate logs of work undertaken and materials used on the company’s PDA / I.T system.
* Adhere to all health and safety protocols, ensuring the safety of yourself, colleagues, and clients at all times.
* Provide clear communication to clients and property managers regarding job progress, expected timelines, and any necessary follow-up work.
* Conduct regular planned maintenance on HIUs to ensure efficient operation.
Qualifications:
* NVQ L2 Plumbing
* Full UK Driving License
* Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential
