Details Position: HLTA / Higher Level Teaching Assistant Start: ASAP Contract: Long-term Pay: £110 - £130 per day (PAYE) The Role Lead small group and whole-class learning Support across year groups Assist teachers with planning and classroom organisation Maintain positive behaviour and engagement Support pupil progress and attainment Benefits High daily rate (£110-£130) Weekly PAYE pay (no umbrella fees) Access to The National College CPD training for further education and training Supportive SLT and structured environment Valuable classroom leadership experience for aspiring teachers Requirements HLTA or strong Teaching Assistant experience Confident leading lessons Good knowledge of primary curriculum Strong behaviour management Reliable and proactive approach Safeguarding awareness Location Putney, South West London Commutable from: Wandsworth, Barnes, East Sheen, Roehampton, Fulham, Wimbledon, Southfields, Battersea, Clapham, Richmond.
