Home Manager – Care Home Location: Norwich, Norfolk Salary: £55,000 Plus Excellent PRP + Additional Profit-Based Bonuses Are you an experienced and passionate Care Home Manager looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated and commercially aware leader to take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a well-established care home in Norwich. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive organisation that values high-quality, person-centred care alongside strong operational and financial performance. The Role As Home Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding care while ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards. You will play a key role in driving occupancy, managing budgets, and maintaining a warm, welcoming environment for residents and their families. You will be supported by an experienced Operations Manager, as well as a strong internal team including a Deputy Manager, Administrator, and dedicated Hospitality and Housekeeping teams. Key Responsibilities Provide strong leadership, fostering a culture of kindness, compassion, and excellence Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of care Oversee the financial performance of the home, managing budgets effectively Develop and implement marketing strategies to maintain full occupancy Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders Drive continuous improvement and contribute to the growth of the service About You Proven experience managing a nursing or residential care home Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards and a track record of achieving high ratings Commercially minded with experience in driving occupancy and managing budgets Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Passionate about delivering person-centred care Motivated to lead, develop, and grow a successful care service Qualifications NMC registration with relevant post-registration experience (desirable, not essential) What’s on Offer Competitive salary of £55,000 Excellent performance-related pay (PRP) Additional bonuses linked to excess profit Strong operational and administrative support Opportunity to lead a high-performing and supportive team If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you.
