We’re looking for a compassionate, committed, and confident Home Manager to lead the team in Bridgend. This is a wonderful residential home for adults with complex needs associated with autism. As Home Manager, you'll play a vital part in ensuring that every person we support thrives in an environment where they feel understood and respected. Your responsibilities as a Home Manager will include: * Managing staff and leading by example. * Ensuring the home is fully compliant with all regulations and best practice. * Overseeing risk management, safeguarding, and any concerns or complaints. * Working closely with families, external professionals, and regulators. * Keeping everything on track with regular reports and home improvement planning. What We’re Looking For: * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Adults). * Previous experience in a management/deputy role within a similar setting. * A solid understanding of autism and complex needs. * Confident in leading a team and supporting staff development
