Hostess/Host Receptionist

Role - Host / Hostess – Reception Location – Chester Salary - £26,000 Richard Abson Group are working with a premium automotive dealership to recruit a Host / Hostess (Receptionist) to join their front-of-house team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service and being the first point of contact in a high-end dealership environment. The Role * Welcoming customers and managing the reception area * Answering calls and handling enquiries * Booking customers in and offering refreshments * Supporting sales and service teams with administration * Maintaining a professional and inviting showroom environment The Person * Previous customer-facing experience (reception, hospitality, retail, etc.) * Confident, well-presented and personable * Strong communication and organisational skills * Comfortable using basic IT systems Salary & Hours * £26,000 basic salary * Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm or 9:00am–6:00pm (rota) * Weekend overtime available If this role appeals to you then please APPLY NOW or contact Jake Jones at Richard Abson Group
