Lead, organise and support the housekeeping team day-to-day Ensure all accommodation units are cleaned and prepared for arriving guests Recruit, train and develop team members Create efficient staff rotas to support operational needs Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements where required Manage departmental budgets and contribute to management reporting What we're looking for We're looking for a motivated individual who enjoys leading teams and maintaining excellent operational standards.
