Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor – 5★ Luxury Hotel Location: Central London Salary: £15.59 per hour + £2.20 per hour tronc Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Housekeeping Supervisor – 5★ Luxury Hotel We are currently recruiting for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join the housekeeping team at a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Central London. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and support the housekeeping team to ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet 5★ standards * Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and service areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation are exceptional * Allocate daily tasks and manage team productivity * Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping team members * Ensure all health & safety and hygiene standards are followed * Handle guest requests and resolve any housekeeping-related issues professionally * Report maintenance issues promptly and follow up where required * Assist management in maintaining high operational standards Requirements: * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a hotel environment (essential) * Previous experience in a 5★ hotel preferred * Strong leadership and organisational skills * Excellent attention to detail * Good communication skills and professional presentation * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Flexible to work early, middle, and late shifts, including weekends What We Offer: * £15.59 per hour base salary * £2.20 per hour tronc * Total hourly earnings of £17.79 per hour * Full-time, permanent position * Opportunity to work in a prestigious 5★ luxury hotel * Career progression opportunities * Supportive and professional working environment If you are an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor looking to join a luxury hotel and grow your career, we would love to hear from you.
