Job responsibilities
We're looking for candidates with housing experience who are confident dealing with customers, resolving problems and working with tenancy-related matters.
Key experience and knowledge:
Good understanding of tenancies and housing management
Experience dealing directly with customers and resolving housing-related issues
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage cases effectively and work to deadlines
Experience with lettings would be advantageous
Knowledge or experience of court applications/possession proceedings would be a bonus
A full driving licence and access to a car is ideally required, as the role may involve travelling between properties/locations
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Housing Officer to take on a short-term contract with an established organisation.
