We have an exciting opportunity for a Supported Housing Worker in Somerset. Please see further details below. Job Details Contract: Permanent Work Pattern: 37.5 hours (9am – 5pm) with 1 in 4 weekend shifts Salary: £27,738.28 per annum Job Overview We are looking for a Supported Housing Worker with the potential to become a Team Leader to help run a support service supporting young people from 16 – 24 years in supported accommodation. The role can include working with mental health, complex needs and people at risk of homelessness
