HR Administrator
Duties:
Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager queries
Maintain accurate HR records
Support on-boarding, probation processes, contract administration, and employee life-cycle activities
Administration support for maternity, paternity, right-to-work checks and DBS checks
Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR processes Requirements:
Experience in an HR or administrative role
Experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
