HR Advisor - Employee Relations - 3-4 Month Contract North London | Hybrid (2 days onsite / 3 remote) £33.22 per hour (Umbrella) Start: ASAP - A North London-based Housing Association is seeking an experienced HR Advisor with Employee Relations experience to join their HR team on an initial 3-4 month contract. This is a fast-paced role requiring a confident ER professional who can hit the ground running and manage complex cases from the outset. The Role Manage a high-volume ER caseload (30+ ongoing cases) Support key business areas including Repairs, Homes and Operations Provide expert advice on complex employee relations matters Ensure cases are handled efficiently, consistently and in line with employment law Minimum 2 days per week onsite in North London office About You Strong, up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law Proven experience managing complex ER cases independently Confident working at pace within a busy environment Able to start immediately or at short notice Eden Brown is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.
