HR Advisor

Teachwise is currently looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor for a local secondary school based within the Manchester area. The role is offered on a full-time, long-term basis and will start on 20/04/2026. You will need to have previous experience working as an HR Advisor within a school. Key Responsibilities: * Supporting staff with all aspects of HR * Providing staff guidance * Supporting the recruitment process * Supporting staff well-being * Liaising with various departments * Possess excellent communication skills * Hold right to work in the UK * Hold CIPD level 5 or higher * Have an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service In return the school is offering a competitive salary with ongoing CPD and free on-site parking.
