HR Advisor – Private Hospital 📍 Redditch 💷 £48,000 – £60,000 DOE 🕒 Full-Time | On-Site Role Are you an experienced HR professional looking to step into a dynamic, people-focused environment where you can genuinely make an impact? We’re recruiting for a proactive and hands-on HR Advisor to join a well-established private hospital in Redditch. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, reporting directly to the CEO, and play a key role in shaping and supporting a high-performing clinical and operational workforce. 🔍 The Role As HR Advisor, you’ll take ownership of the full employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance, engagement, and best practice across the hospital. Key responsibilities include: * Managing end-to-end onboarding and employee lifecycle processes * Supporting and managing sickness absence and employee relations cases * Leading on appraisals, performance reviews, and staff development processes * Producing monthly HR reports for senior leadership * Reviewing and updating contracts of employment and HR policies * Supporting health & safety policies and compliance * Contributing to clinical governance frameworks from an HR perspective * Overseeing and enhancing employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives 👤 About You We’re looking for someone who is confident, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
