What You'll Be Doing
Working closely with the HR Business Partner and senior leadership teams, you will:
· Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing hands-on, pragmatic HR support across multiple sites
· Play a key role in employee relations, leading investigations and guiding managers through complex cases with confidence and integrity
· Ensure a fair, consistent, and compliant approach to people management aligned with best practice and company values
· Support the delivery of people initiatives that drive engagement, performance, and organisational growth
· Partner with hiring managers to attract top talent, offering insight into both blue- and white-collar recruitment trends
· Coach managers on effective onboarding and induction, setting teams up for long-term success
What Makes This Opportunity Unique

Performance and potential are recognised and rewarded-this is a true meritocracy where your contribution drives your progression.
The organisation also holds a Gold EcoVadis rating, placing it in the top 5% of over 150,000 companies globally for sustainability, ethics, and social responsibility-so you can be proud of the business you represent.
Who We're Looking For
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is serious about building a long-term HR career.
You will bring:
· Proven experience in a generalist HR role, with strong employee relations expertise
· Confidence in leading investigations and handling complex, sensitive matters
· A proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused mindset
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
· A hands-on, pragmatic approach and a genuine passion for people
· CIPD Level 3 (minimum) - degree education is desirable
