HR Advisor - Manchester- 12 month FTC

This is a hybrid role- salary to £35,000, over a 12 month fixed term contract
Key duties for this role include, but are not limited to-
Management of end-to-end ER casework
Supporting line managers throughout relevant processes
Performance Management, AWOL, disciplinaries and grievances oversight
Support as required with restructuring, redeployment, redundancy and TUPE
Accurate HR record keeping The ideal candidate for this role:
CIPD Qualified or working towards
has three years complex ER case management experience
can work autonomously
is an excellent communicator
