HR Business Partner | Supply Chain | Union Experience Essential We are working with a fast-paced, operational business looking to bring in a HR Business Partner to support their supply chain function. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the operation, partnering with leaders on the ground and playing a key role in shaping people strategy in a complex, unionised environment. This isn't a role where you'll sit on the sidelines, you'll be visible, hands-on and right at the heart of the business. What you'll be doing * Partnering with senior stakeholders across the supply chain and operational teams * Supporting and coaching leaders on all areas of people management * Leading on employee relations activity, including complex casework * Building strong relationships with union representatives and supporting ongoing union engagement * Supporting organisational change, restructures and transformation activity * Using data and insight to influence decision making and improve performance * Working closely with the wider People team to deliver key initiatives What we're looking for * Proven experience as a HR Business Partner within a supply chain, logistics or operational environment * Strong experience working within a unionised setting is essential * Confident managing complex ER cases and supporting senior stakeholders * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment * A hands-on approach with the ability to balance both strategic and operational priorities * Strong relationship builder who can influence at all levels This is a great opportunity to join a business where HR is genuinely valued and where you can have real impact within the operation.
