HR Manager Opportunity Join a leading British charity dedicated to delivering meaningful impact and supporting communities across the UK. We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead operational HR delivery and support strategic people initiatives. Reporting to the HR Director, you will play a key role in shaping our people strategy while ensuring effective day-to-day HR management. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the HR team, fostering a high-performance and solution-focused culture Oversee recruitment, employee relations, pay & pensions, policies, L&D, and wellbeing Act as a trusted HR business partner to senior leaders Ensure policies and procedures remain compliant with employment law Deliver insightful people metrics to support workforce planning and decision-making Lead performance management improvements and organisational development initiatives Champion engagement, inclusion, and wellbeing across the organisation Ensure mandatory training compliance and strong governance What We’re Looking For ✔ CIPD Level 5–7 or equivalent experience ✔ Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations ✔ Proven experience in HR management and business partnering ✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills ✔ Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage change effectively If you’re passionate about people, purpose, and performance — we’d love to hear from you.
