I'm currently supporting a fantastic organisation that is looking to bring on board an HR/Recruitment Officer to join their busy and supportive HR team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, with a strong focus on recruitment and HR administration, while gaining exposure across the wider HR function.
💼 What you'll be doing:
Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, from adverts through to onboarding
Coordinating interviews and liaising with hiring managers
Preparing contracts and offer letters
Maintaining HR systems and employee records
Supporting agency staff processes and payroll liaison
Assisting with onboarding, probation processes and HR administration
Ensuring compliance with safer recruitment practices, including pre-employment checks👤 What we're looking for:
Previous HR or administrative experience
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
A proactive, team-focused approach
