HSE Manager

Regular coordination with the site manager, the client's safety coordinator (SiGeKo), and internal departments
Ensuring that site organization and subcontractors comply with project requirements and all local laws and regulations
Participation in all meetings related to occupational safety and environmental protection
Supporting the development and regular review of site safety concepts and safe working methods
Conducting risk assessments for site activities and defining appropriate mitigation measures
Carrying out site inspections
Providing safety inductions for all personnel entering the construction site in accordance with regulations
Regular measurement and reporting of HSE performance indicators
Supporting the project team with customer complaints, reporting, and timely development of solutions
Administration of reportable accidents and environmental incidents
Driving continuous improvement through knowledge sharing, training, and regular coaching
