HSEQ Manager - South East

This Main Contractor has a strong pipeline of large-scale industrial and logistics schemes, including cutting-edge distribution hubs, advanced manufacturing facilities, and high-spec warehousing. This role places you at the heart of projects that are shaping the UK’s infrastructure and supply chain. The Role As Health & Safety Manager, you will take ownership of H&S strategy across multiple industrial projects, working closely with project teams from pre-construction through to delivery. You’ll play a key role in driving a positive safety culture, ensuring compliance, and continuously improving standards across sites. Key Responsibilities * Lead the implementation of health & safety policies and procedures across projects * Provide expert guidance to site teams, ensuring best practice is embedded at every stage * Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations * Support pre-construction planning with risk assessments and method statements * Deliver training, coaching, and toolbox talks to site personnel * Engage with clients and stakeholders to maintain high safety standards * Champion a culture of continuous improvement and behavioural safety About You * Proven experience in a Health & Safety role within construction (industrial/logistics experience highly desirable) * Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation and construction regulations * NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent); Diploma preferred * Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels * Proactive, solutions-focused, and confident working across multiple sites * Full UK driving licence What's on Offer * Up to £75,000 * Pension and Healthcare * Bonus
