Solihull College & University Centre is seeking a Human Resources Officer – Recruitment to join our busy HR team. You will work closely with the HR Recruitment Coordinator and Head of HR to provide an excellent recruitment service to College Managers, while delivering high-quality HR administration with a particular focus on recruitment, contract changes and agency staff. We are seeking a well organised, professional individual with strong IT skills including Word and Excel. You will have an understanding of good practice in recruitment, with excellent organisation, accuracy and an ability to multitask. Applicants should be a confident communicator who can work effectively with colleagues at all levels, providing a strong customer focus. Candidates must have experience in a customer-focused HR environment. Applicants should hold a Level 3 qualification and either possess or be willing to work towards a Level 3 CIPD qualification. In addition, candidates must have Level 2 qualifications in English and maths. This position is primarily based at Blossomfield Campus, with occasional travel to our Woodlands and Stratford upon Avon Campuses.
