The Role Deliver high-quality, engaging Humanities lessons that spark curiosity and foster analytical thinking. Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment. Plan and deliver creative teaching strategies that support students of all abilities. Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop curriculum initiatives and improve student outcomes. Provide constructive feedback, guidance, and academic support to help students achieve their full potential. Requirements A degree in Humanities, History, Geography, or a related field (QTS or equivalent is highly desirable). Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for teaching humanities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire, challenge, and motivate students to reach their full potential.
