About the Company

Our client is a long-established, family-run British HVAC manufacturer, expanding its refurbishment and site services division due to strong demand and a growing project pipeline.

The Role

A brand-new role with a £20M+ pipeline and established key accounts, focusing on AHU refurbishment and aftermarket projects.

75% existing business / 25% new business
UK coverage (mainly Midlands to South)
Home-based, 3 days on the roadYou’ll carry out site surveys, identify upgrade opportunities, and work with technical teams to deliver tailored refurbishment solutions.

What We’re Looking For

HVAC / AHU technical background (min. 4 years)
Strong communication and commercial awareness
Sales experience helpful but not essentialPackage
