A well-established building services and facilities management contractor is looking to recruit an experienced HVAC Service Engineer to join their growing London team, supporting a portfolio of commercial and industrial sites.

The Role
Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across a range of HVAC systems
Fault-finding on electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components
Servicing and maintaining:
Split & multi-split systems
VRV / VRF systems
AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation equipment
Heat pumps and chillers (where applicable)
Leak detection, pressure testing, evacuation, and recharging systems
Completing service reports and F-Gas compliance documentation
Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
Working in line with F-Gas and Health & Safety regulations
Taking part in an on-call rota (typically 1 in 6 / 1 in 8)
What We're Looking For
Essential:
3+ years' experience as an HVAC / AC Service Engineer
F-Gas Category 1
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Good understanding of HVAC electrical and mechanical systems
Full UK driving licence
Comfortable working independently across multiple sites
Desirable:
NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
Experience with chillers, heat pumps, or ventilation systems
18th Edition (BS7671)
IPAF / PASMA
