Job Title: HVAC Engineer Location: Skegness, PE25 Contract Type: Permanent Salary: Up to £45,000 + Benefits Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (No Out-of-Hours Call Out) Role Overview We are currently seeking experienced HVAC Engineers to join a growing engineering team supporting large-scale leisure and hospitality environments. This is a permanent position offering a stable Monday–Friday schedule with no call-out requirement. The role will involve carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and minor works across a range of HVAC and associated building services systems within a busy, customer-focused environment. Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventative maintenance across HVAC systems. * Diagnose and repair faults on air conditioning and ventilation systems. * Complete reactive maintenance tasks in line with service level agreements. * Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with relevant regulations. * Complete job reports and documentation accurately. * Liaise with site teams and management to ensure high service delivery standards. * Support continuous improvement and maintain high levels of customer service. Required Qualifications & Experience Essential * Proven experience working as an HVAC / Air Conditioning Engineer. * F-Gas qualification. * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. * Experience carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance. * Full UK driving licence. Desirable * Additional mechanical or electrical qualifications. * Experience working within large commercial or leisure environments.
